About Us

"Finding Inspiration in Every Turn"

Here are some unique aspects of Audet's Country Store that differentiate us from big box stores & other chain Boba Tea shops:

  • Audet's Country Store uses handmade Boba Tea with our own recipes that differ from chain Boba shops. We makes the Boba from scratch, adding all of the ingredients by hand. This allows us to know exactly what is in our Boba.

  • Audet's Boba is free of artificial flavorings, colors, and added sugars. We prefer to measure the ingredients and add them independently instead of relying on a mix that usually comes with additives and preservatives.

  • Audet's Country Store sources most of its products locally. Eighty percent of the shop's products are from New Hampshire or just outside of New Hampshire. We focus on sourcing locally and supporting the local community.

  • Audet's Country Store holds fundraisers for local non-profits and school groups. 15%-20% of all sales from these fundraisers goes back to the organizations.

  • Audet's Country Store has a huge selection of nostalgic bulk/penny candy, local candy, and amazing gourmet chocolate made right in Hampstead!

  • Audet's Country Store is planning to expand its offerings to include homemade ice cream, penny candy, a variety of local baked goods, prepared foods, sandwiches, salads, soups, lobster rolls, and chowders, and more!

Our Story

Mom and Dad.jpg

The name "Audet's Country Store" is a tribute to the owner's mother, Joanne Audet Castonguay, also known as Memere, who passed away from a rare form of cancer last year. Naming the shop after her is a way for the Castonguay family to honor her memory and keep her presence alive in the community. The shop itself is described as having a "warming atmosphere", which could be seen as reflecting the warmth and love that Joanne Audet Castonguay "Memere" most definitely embodied.
